Hello,There are three possible reasons why it's acting like that.1. Defective AC Adapter or Power cord2. Defective Motherboard3. Make sure you Ethernet is enabled in bios restart your computer during the boot up process you will see on your screen a certain key to

press to enter set up (BIOS) press and hold that key to enter bios using arrow keys scroll to intergrated peripherals

look for SiS On Chip Pci Device press enter scroll to SiS 10/100m press enter make sure its enabled

click start type cmd press enter you will be in DOS mode

type in ipconfig press enter

you will see all of your internet connection details

Looks like your wifi is turned off.Check its enabled on your router. search how to access it in google, its easy enough.If you dont have a wifi icon in the bottom right hand side of your screen, turn your wifi back on try control panel, networks, you should be able to see if wifi is off and how to turn it on

There is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to CD or USBFlash Driver.Step2.Get out the newly created CDor USB Flash Driver and insert it to the locked computer.Step3. Re-boot the locked computerand then follow the process of instructions. Just after a few steps, the oldpassword will be removed.It can recover all Windows version.

The laptop is still under warranty and should be returned for service, from the description the problem is hardware. I would encourage you to contact the person who bought it for you and have it returned, otherwise you could be looking at a large sum to repair it.

- try connecting an external monitor. if get a display on the external monitor then there is a problem with the LCD or the LCD cable on your laptop. if your still not getting video then try booting to BIOS (F2 or Del when you turn on the computer). if you are able to boot the BIOS troubleshoot the operating system. if not then you might need to get the video card or the motherboard replaced

look for the setting that has AHCI or IDE modes

Insert your Operating System recovery CD then try to turn off the computer, remove the cables and battery. Then press and hold the power button for 8 secs. Reinsert the cables and battery. Press and hold F12 while turning on the computer. Select the CD/DVD ROM under boot device menu. Press any key to boot from CD. Then select English > then select Custom > then select Disk 0 partition. for the added performance on updating your ram your not going to get your money worth. I just recommend saving your money.
