Hotpoint 24 in. FDW60 Free-standing Dishwasher "flashing eco light" Questions

Eco light flashing on Global 300 My dishwasher won't do anything but constantly sound like it is attempting to drain whilst the eco light is flashing. I turned it off at the wall, switched it back on,

eco light flashes after one hour of cycle. i have a hotpoint bfi620 dishwasher,when switch onto full cycle after one hour the machine stops and eco light flashes all the time. the heater is faulty.
