Don't have to take fairing off, under the headlight above folks remove small panel about 4 screws, reach up behind this to get the bulb, a trickee, but far more easy then removing fairing

Im not sure about "bolt straight on" but it should be very close. most times bike models run for years without much major change. You may have to change a few brackets, or do a bit of bending and filing to get it to fit. The 06 ZZR has the twin headlights. I looked at some pictures carefully of the two different models. The frame is the same for both, so there is a good chance it will bolt straight on.
Everyone you talk to is going to tell you to goto colorrite.com and from what I could find the Ameranth Red Mica is the only color I could find also...that bike does have a base coat however, "1565" and they say "IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure proper color matching, some of the colors require a base color. If your color does, it will be listed under "ColorRite Base"." Hope this is what you were looking for
Torque settings are as follows, at least these are what I used on my '93 UK E1.
Cover bolts 12Nm, Cover damper bolts 5.9Nm, spring bolts 8.8Nm, Hub nut 130Nm.
