I have a 2004 Kawasaki zzr 600 that does not keep

hi, you probably have a "almost dead" batery, but in order to properly check, proceed as folows:
1 - give the batery a full charge
2 - disconect both cables (+) and (-) from batery
3 - check charge and see if batery holds it - a good batery must keep 12,7 to 13,2 volts for a very long period
If after this test, considering that batery is ok, then chek your wiring loom for ground losses
good luck

2nd gear problems

Your teeth are worn on second gear. You'll have to disassemble the transmission to fix it. Sorry for the bad news. If you have a shop manual, Clymers or Haynes manual the procedure is quite detailed. Not something I would do myself unless you have a lot of experience.

When removing the top triple clamp from a93 Zzr 600 e1 how do I remove the blind bolts from the bottom of the ignition barel ? Where the wiring is located ?

They are shear bolts...the heads are designed to snap off when first fitted to make it hard to remove them for security reasons . Usual method of removal is to drill them out and replace them with cap heads.
