I have a 2003 suzuki gsxr 1000 and I changed the spark plugs but it still won't start and I tried putting in Sea Foam but it still won't stay started without spraying in ether(started fluid)
I am getting rev but it won't kick in(with ether), it dies right out

It is not a carb issue as they are injected derrr imagine saying blocked jets!!!! I say check the tank pump, and then see if you can borrow a ecu and try that.

If it runs, or at least wants to run when using the starter fluid, then I would think that it is a fuel delivery problem. This could be a carb problem (blocked jets, incorrect settings etc.) or that the fuel is not getting to the carb (blocked filter, line, faulty fuel tap). Make sure plugs, air filter, fuel filter and fuel itself are all as they should be as often it is the little things that are the main cause of problems.

May 15, 2021 - 2007 gsxr 600. I changed clutch cover due to being broken. Put new oil in. Won't start. Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your bike yourself ...
No, sea foam is good for keeping fuel system clean, it is not that flammable but will burn with fuel. Is the fuel old if so replace it with new high octane and check plugs for fuel fouled
What ratio sea foam are you using? As per the instructions on the can? Was the engine shuddering and bucking before you put in the sea foam? Why did you think you needed to put sea foam in there? Have you replaced the fuel filter? If not, start there.
otherwise take the vehicle to get the trouble codes in the computer scanned..there will be some there..and it may be as simple as a spark plug not firing, coil not working etc.
Put the sea foam in your tank usually I add some every 6 months it works well check out the wires on your starter they maybe corroded check your battery terminals and clean them up.
Clean or replace air filter..then if the doesn't do it, go to Autozone and purchase a can of Sea Foam fuel treatment and pour in 1/3 can to 2 gallons of fuel, purchase or clean up your fuel filter and then dump out the fuel in it, now pour some Sea Foam into the filter and then start it up. if it doesnt start up, then push start it, and get on it and go! Ride for about 10-15 miles on and open highway where you can get on it occasionally to let the stuff work its way through the fuel system. If this did not fix it, then check all your vacuum lines, spray around the carb areas and lines with some carb spray, if the rpm increases ..then theres your problem. Can you rate this! thanks
check for a big bluish spark...redish purple is no good, and also just see if the bike will push start if it does, but doesnt quite run right, then go to Auotzone and buy some Sea Foam pour 1/3 can into 2 gallons fuel and drive it around for 10 to 15 miles and let the stuff clean up the injectors.
