if you push the seat up theyl be two allan key bolts either side just undo them and it should come off

The filter is attached to the top of the fuel pump. It can be accessed by pulling back the carpet in the rear storage area and removing an access panel

2001 and up honda civic filter is not located on the fire wall anywhere. it is an in tank filter that is attached to the fuel pump assembly. Honda recommends replacement at 200,000 miles.
