Thermostat on ninja

try putting the radiator of the 94 motor in place of the 86 radiator or sourcing a radiator with more cores in it

Is this a commercial freezer? If so, it might be because you don't have proper ventilation for it. Commercial units put off a lot more heat than residential units. Turning the thermostat up to 86 degrees will make it even more difficult for this unit to not overheat.

engine no. is located on the top half of crankcase,behind cyl,on right side(next to clutch cover)
