How do you know it's the immobiliser, what tests have you done?
I suggest you try a BMW forum, but you'll have to be bothered to give a lot more info than you gave here. There are lots of things that it could be, the battery in the fob, the sensor ring, your car battery, the ignition switch, try another key etc etc BMW Forum BMWLand or http://www.bmwforums.info/
There is one method you ca try, first ensure the car is unlocked but with the keys out of the car. then disconnect the battery for about 2hrs, overnight if possible. this should reset the car immobiliser and ECU. When putting the battery back on connect the red first then the black i that order.
