Initially, perform below tests:
- remove all the plugs and spray starting fluid (or fuel) on all cylinders. Return the plugs and try again. If it fires even just a few times, then fuel is not entering the combustion chamber;
- loosen/remove the drain screw at the bottom of the bowls. Check for the presence of fuel (and also determine if there are sediments, rust or foreign matter). If there is no or little fuel, then fuel is not entering the carbs;
- if your fuel control/valve has provision, turn it to PRI. With the drain plugs still loosened or removed, fuel should flow out of the drain hoses (pls ensure that it is properly channel to a catch/holder and ensure other safe condition/practice).
At this point, you may want to check fuel delivery from the tank down to the carbs.
