VL Intruder LC suzuki 125cc. I'm only getting 60 psi (400 kPa) compression on BOTH cylinders. Got spark, got fuel, won't start. Any suggestion?

Pour WD40 into the cylinders and let it soak, the rings are most likely stuck. Then run the engine if possible.

I have had my suzuki 2 years and hardly had any probs i was riding home the other night and i smelt a burning smell next thing all the electrics cut out and aboout a mile further down the road the bik

Have to check the voltage regulator for burned wires or yellowed connectors,, also looking over every wire on the bike you can get to would be a good idea,, something could just have rubbed thru the insulation on a wire resulting in a dead short,,, look carefully for the damaged wire,, It could easily be a voltage regulator We just replaced the reg on a SV650 and that was the trouble,

I put the wrong oil in my motorbike

What type of oil did you put in the first place? Maybe you will need to throughly flash the engine of the oil that was wrongly put in. If you are in USA , get seafoam, use that one to flush the engine. It may help!

I put the wrong oil in my bike

If you drained it out then do it again and this time add someting called lucas. its made for oil and it will help break down any clogs and junk in your oil tank. Just add that and the regular oil and it should clear up in about a week but remember to add the lucas first then the oil. Youcan buy it at Autozone

The chocke handle is sticking,

Hi! It can be the choke wire itself but try this, Lubricate the choke lever for it may be corroded causing it to be stucked. Once cleaned theres a possibility that the lever can move again. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.
