2002 Suzuki VL 125 Intruder LC - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Engine turns over / Petrol OK/ No Spark
as with any problem you need a clymer book for your bike or you can disconnect the wiring harness(all of them one at a time)turn the key on and use a volt meter to make sure you are getting power.does the engine turn over?
Jamed choke cable
anything is worth a try;
go by your local wal-mart and pick up CLR. pour it in a container.
heat it above luke warm, take carb loose from manifold.and submerge it for a couple of hours.you should be able to wiggle it out.
PS if it dont repeat proccess.
I have had my suzuki 2 years and hardly had any probs i was riding home the other night and i smelt a burning smell next thing all the electrics cut out and aboout a mile further down the road the bik
Have to check the voltage regulator for burned wires or yellowed connectors,, also looking over every wire on the bike you can get to would be a good idea,, something could just have rubbed thru the insulation on a wire resulting in a dead short,,, look carefully for the damaged wire,, It could easily be a voltage regulator
We just replaced the reg on a SV650 and that was the trouble,
I put the wrong oil in my motorbike
What type of oil did you put in the first place?
Maybe you will need to throughly flash the engine of the oil that was wrongly put in. If you are in USA , get seafoam, use that one to flush the engine. It may help!

I put the wrong oil in my bike
If you drained it out then do it again and this time add someting called lucas. its made for oil and it will help break down any clogs and junk in your oil tank. Just add that and the regular oil and it should clear up in about a week but remember to add the lucas first then the oil. Youcan buy it at Autozone
Battery and spark plug problems
Probably just a weak battery. front light may come on, but thats not always enough to turn it over. does it make a faint clicking noise? if your battery is good, i would check you gas next. make sure it was not shut off some how. maybe bad gas. you kinda left that question a little light on details

I have a Suzuki Intruder
i have the same problem at the moment, a helpfull sole put deisel in my tank and after draining the tank and carb iv put petrol in and got it running through the engine but now its doing the same thing that u have described, it has been stood unused in the freezing english winter for about 2 weeks but that shouldnt afect it too badly, iv charged the battery and still this issue, i am asuming that it is the starter motor/relay. i am going to try replacing this and see if it works, if it sorts the problem then i will let u kno and we can sume that this will sort urs aswell. if not.. im taking a baseball bat to the whole bloody thing cuz its really starting to do my nut in. watch this space
Hi. I have a Suzuki
IF YOU HAVE CHECKED THE OBVIOUSE FUEL STARVATION, SPARK PLUGS ETC, I THINK THE NEXT THING I WOULD CHECK WOULD BE THE VALVE CLEARENCE, IE TAPPETS
BIT OF A DIFFICULT JOB TO GET AT ON THESE LITTLE INTRUDERS BUT IT WOULD BE WORTH A CHECK, HAVE THEY BEEN OVERTIGHTENED PREVIOUSLY IN A SERVICE,
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

Bypass immobilizer on 2007 Suzuki R6
You can't, the computerized system is in place to stop exactly what you are trying to do, Steal the bike without the correct credentials. You can't reprogram or over-ride the computer. You need a bike electrician.
