you could make sure your battery is fully charged then if this doesnt help just replace the plug
Gas tank ditech
If you have put diesel in, disconnect supply pipe to injector and allow to drain, flush through with fresh petrol. Reconnect pipe and crank engine over, will take some time but should start, if it doesn't you may have to replace the spark plug, as the diesel will have gummed it up. Will smoke a bit when it starts but will clear. If you have just filled up with the wrong grade of petrol, just fill up with correct grade and run it through, shouldn't be a problem
How to empty gas tank
Pull gas line from gas tank to carburetor/injector/throttle body.If carb, turn on petcock, allowing gas to flow into a gas can.Remove gas cap to improve/increase flow.If injected, turn on ignition to cause fuel pump to turn on, flowing fuel under pressure into gas can.
Loss of power after upgrading exhaust
I'd say the loss of power is due to low back pressure, motorcycle engines especially 2stroke rely on back pressure for performance, backfiring may be due to unburnt fuel igniting in the exhaust or your fuel balance is too rich, hope that helped!

Hi,
That looks like a REED VALVE leak.
If your 2 stroke kept coming out from the carb air intake and as you say that sometimes a back fire in the exhaust.
Check these....
- Reed valve
- Crank oil seal ( there might be air leak in the block )
- Exhaust pipe ( might be already blocked )
