Truck will start and run for 10 minutes and stall, trying to restart engine sounds like starving for fuel, let sit for 10 minutes starts fine only to stall agaiin a few min later

Sounds like you are starved for fuel. Look for a pinched off fuel line or a plugged up fuel filter. That would be my first place to start. Possibly even a bad petcock on the tank.

Radiator cooling fans not working? The ECM is protecting the engine by shutting it down.

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator. if you have access to a pressure guage check the pressure when it will not start.

Sounds like fuel running back, check non return valves.

My first guess would be the fuel pump. Alot of defective pumps will operate until they warm up.

it sounds like the vehicle is starving itself for fuel... if it runs fine in town, or on close trips... sounds like when your on the freeway, and got the gas down its demanding fuel, and not getting what it needs to run, thats why it will start right back up.. if i were you i think i would start with the cheapest thing first and replace the fuel filter.. hope this helps.

the engine is starved for fuel,are you sure you put on a big enough capacity fuel filter,they come in different capacities,or you could have a pin hole in the line somewhere letting air into the system,or the fuel pump could be getting weak,you can test this with a fuel pressure tester

Sounds like you need a fuel pump. There is an access panel in the floor of the car to get to the pump.

you might want to chk. the crank sensor and or cam sensor. sounds more to me that it could be fuel problem. chk. fuel pressure. pump could be on its way out. don't be fooled by hearing the pump running as they sound like they are pumping but there not, at least not enought pressure to keep it running. pressure should be around 50 p.s.i.

if this a fuel injected car just check to fuel pressure first.
