There is apparently a problem with the switch in the seat belt mechanism that is not doing it's job. You will brobably have to replace the entire seat belt to repair.

You can check the connection at the seat belt base (underneath the seat). unplug it then plug it back in.

How do I disable seat belt chime in 2003 GMC Yukon it goes off while driving non stop. Please include pictures

There is no dinger as the other guy suggests . sound comes from the driver door speaker .
The audible warnings alert the driver of a system concern or a critical vehicle condition. The radio generates the audible warnings through the left front speaker. The radio receives audible warning requests via the class 2 serial data line. If the radio receives multiple audible warning requests, the warning with the highest priority sounds first. On vehicles with an audio amplifier, the amplifier instead of the radio generates the audible warnings and receives audible warnings requests via the class 2 serial data line. Either the radio or the audio amplifier is the chime producer. The following lists the audible warning priority and the pulse rate:
Fast rate chime (150 pulses per min)
Medium rate chime (100 pulses per min)
Slow rate chime (50 pulses per min)
Turn signal reminder (will pulse at turn signal flasher rate)

Your best bet ,wear your seatbelt . so the sound goes off . If you do wear the seat belt and the chime sounds ,have a qualified repair shop check it .

Connect it. Its a safety issue and meant to remind you to do it up. Large fine and points off your license if you don't use it.

How to stop the chime on seatbelt on 2005 dodge dakota

Are you wearing your seatbelt when it chimes? If not, wearing your seatbelt will shut the chime off. If it chimes when you have it on, the switch inside the seatbelt locking mechanism may not be functioning properly, and the mechanism may need replaced. Look at the wiring next to your seat and follow the wires that leave the locking mechanism. They travel under the seat and plug into a wiring connector near the rear of the seat. Make sure it is plugged in and check the wires for damage.

There is a pinging sound in my van until I reach 15 miles per hour then it goes off by itself. Sometimes it just keeps pinging while I am idling at a stop light. How do I turn this irritating sound off?

You have either a broken switch inside your seatbelt buckle, or you're not wearing it. Thats a reminder to buckle up. if you are wearing your seatbelt have the buckle switch checked.

My seatbelt alarm bells constently until i buckle it any easy fixes

That is normal operation. I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ but the easiest and best fix is to wear your seatbelt. Check your owners manual though. In the section called "Things to know before operating your vehicle" some models have an override for that system (it's called beltminder). I can't stress to you enough how important it is to wear a seat belt. There is a pyro technic charge inside the retractor assembly that goes off with the airbags to yank you back in the seat so you're in the safest possible position. The airbags used in cars and trucks now are extremely powerful and if one goes off while you're not wearing a seatbelt, it WILL kill you. Again, I'm not trying to preach or judge or anything like that. Just be aware of what you're dealing with.
