While I don't have your specific book, the GM's of this world and many models employ similiar codes. PO 101 should be your MAF sensor (Mass Air FLow) and something equally with 101pd. The sensor itself is probably located on or near the air duct between your filter to the engine throttle body. As for the rest, they are related with the emissions control as well. Sometimes, when you have multiple sensors readouts, and you're not sure where to start, start cheap, and go from there, as sensors can trip the other sensors. Hope that helps
