Fog light glass is broken - suspect I need to change the whole fog light unit ?

I'm going to need more information please. What year is this Atos? Is this for the front or rear fog light? Is it the bulb your changing or the whole light fitting? Please comment below with more information.

get the fog litht remove drain the water in it,replace the bulb if it did not light check the fog light fuse perhaps it might have got damage if yes change it

YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO REMOVE THE WHOLE BUMPER.JUST REMOVE THE LOWER BUMPER PLASTIC COVER.

1. Remove the fog light mounting screw.
2. Disconnect the connector from the fog light.
3. Turn the socket about 45° counterclockwise and remove it from the housing.
4. Remove the bulb from the socket.

To Install:

1. Install the bulb in the socket without touching the glass with bare hands.
2. Turn the socket about 45° clockwise to install it.
3. Connect the connector to the fog light.
4. Install the fog light mounting screw.

you have to buy the whole fog light

use a test light to check for power do this where you plug in your bulb is no power then trace wires testing in the wires periodically to check for broken wires if everything checks out fine next check the fog light switch.

new light and yes the bumper has too come off to get to the bolts at the bottom of the lights..

yes, position self in front of the fog lamps, push the fog lamps light assembly and slide it to the direction of the center of your car, wait for a part of the assembly to pop-out and pull the whole assembly out. No screws involve

3 Series 92 to 98 Fog Light Replacement-
To install a fog light, insert a flat blade screwdriver through the front bumper grill and release the fog light retaining clip. Remove the fog light and disconnect the wiring harness. Installation is the reverse of removal.

On my Durango ther was one long screw that pivoted the broken unit out. Unscrew the one screw until it comes out. I found this out after removing my bumper cover. Good Luck Hope this helps
