Well you didn't say what year it was , keeping that in mind I will try to respond with the info you did give. Generally the Chevy G20 vans have a coil mounted in the distributor itself, so having spark comming from the coil would mean it is not flowing through the rotor to the plug wires..... not sounding right to me either,... Possibly just a bad Distributor cap unless you have already replaced it. So I would have you look at the Ignition module first and the pick up coil second.. not mush else it could be ( ruling out a broken timing chain ) If it is a newer vehicle , it may have a crank position sensor failing or ecm.

How to connect spark plug wires on my Renault Kangoo II 2010 (4-cil 8v petrol)

Connecting new spark plug wires on your Renault Kangoo II 2010 (4-cil 8v petrol) can be a bit tricky, as the correct order and routing of the wires is important for the engine to run properly. Here is a general guideline on how to connect the spark plug wires:
  1. Locate the coil pack. It is typically located near the engine, and it is a rectangular housing with four spark plug wires connected to it.
  2. Remove the old spark plug wires. Carefully remove the old wires from the coil pack by pulling them straight off.
  3. Label the wires. Before you remove the old wires, it is helpful to label them so you know where they came from. This will make it easier to connect the new wires in the correct order.
  4. Connect the new wires. Carefully connect the new spark plug wires to the coil pack. Make sure to connect them to the correct spark plug tower on the coil pack, and route them correctly.
  5. Start the engine. After connecting the new wires, start the engine and check for any misfires or problems.
It's important to have a good understanding of the engine and the spark plug system, and to be familiar with the tools and materials needed to do the job properly.
It's also important to refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific instructions on how to connect the spark plug wires, as the order and routing of the wires can vary depending on the make and model of your vehicle.

I need instructions on how to change spark plugs and wireset on a 1995 subaru impreza l 1.8

Since you are unfamiliar with this process, do these steps one spark plug at a time. Locate the spark plugs; remove the wire's connecting cap from the plug; remove the spark plug from its threaded hole (use a dedicated spark plug wrench or socket of the proper size - may be a 16mm, 5/8", or possibly but unlikely 13/16"); check the electrode gap on the new plug and install it in the threaded hole; follow the plug wire back to its individual coil (opposite end from the spark plug; remove the old plug wire and replace it with the new one of the same length ensuring the same wire routing; replace the plug wire cap on the new plug; move on to the next and repeat.

97 s10 spark plug wire length.

No, the longer length will not cause your problem. The longer wires are simply for the plugs longest from the distributor cap (or coil pack) to the spark plug, and no particular length is critical, just as long as all wires will fit.
Do you mean it ran fine before you changed the wires and plugs? If so, you may have one or two not fully seated at one end or the other. Go back and make sure each wire is pushed in correctly, You should hear or feel the new wire snap over the new spark plug.
