I Have Civic 1984 The Clutch Disk Has Broken Every 2 Week And I Changed Him 4 Time So I Didn't Know The Really Reason Of This Problem.??????

need to check the wires down by the starter he could have pinched the crank shaft sensor wire

- Check the spark plug cords sequence (1-3-4-2).
- Check the ignition timing.
- Check clutch plate for slippage (Manual Transmission only).

you must RUN the scanner/computer, you can have the manufacturer specification wrong.
The electronic vehicle is complicated, by that reason you can have wrong tune up, PCM+BCM+sensor+ignition coil faulty ,etc

run a compression test on all cylinders to rule out head gasket or burned valve.

Check the plug wires again. If you have them in the right place then some one has done work on this before and didn't set the distributor in the right spot. Get #1 piston on top at the compression stroke. Pull the cap and see where the rotor is pointing. It should be pointing at the # 1 Cylinder, which is on the right standing in front of the car looking at the engine. If the rotor is not pointing to it, you should pull the distributor and reset it. You will have to use a long flat screw driver to move the oil pump drive gear to set the distributor in the right place. Let me know

Ps the reason it was probably running bad to begin with, is that the distributor was not set right.

check the alternator

The clutch could be way out of adjustment, the clutch could be completeley worn out, There is no connection between the engine and trans, meaning the input shaft is broken. A drivesahft could be broken (this usually makes a lot of noise when the clutch is let out) Hope that helps narrow it down, really hard to say without see the car.

throw out baring was inproperly installed

Worn rings and/or valve guides - time for a re-build.
