sounds like the mass air flow sensor. It is in the intake line squareish part with 2 tamper [proof torque screws.
SOURCE: replaced maf sensor and ran fine for 3wks then
the only way to know for sure is to get the codes again and see if their is a different code or the same one.

They very well could, these sensors tell send information to the computer and the computer may ajust timing, mixture, etc to try and correct the problem that the sensor is sending, this could then cause stalls.

Most faultcodes don't disappear automaticly, the have to be 'reset' manually after repairing. It sounds like the code didn't get erased after replacing the MAF. You could try to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes (disconnect and reconnect the negative (-) pole), which should erase the code.
Whenever the engine light still comes back on after that, there probably still is some (other) problem ...

Throttle position sensor TPS is not behaving. Codes p1543 and p1565 indicate the throttle position is too low... as if disconnected. The other codes are as a result of the EECU noting the disparity between the throttle input signal and the expected input from the engine speed and distributor/cam sensor. Check that the connector and wiring to the TPS. If these are OK then it is the TPS that needs to be changed.
