Remove the head light completely, dry it out and make sure when you put the light bulb back in to cover the outside of the socket with BULB GREASE. it will displace all moisture and keep it from happening again! Hope this works!
you may be able to just remove the headlight and let it dry out, but im not sure how long it will take, it depends on how much moisture is in the air, temperature, ect... if its warm, you can let it dry out, if not you may be able to dry it out by using a paper towel and stuffing it in there and using a coat hanger to fish it back out, or if you have a baby bottle cleaner, those work AWESOME!!!! im just not sure how much room you have to work with... also... make sure when messing with the bulbs, dont touch the glass part of the bulb, your fingers will leave grease on the bulb and create a green house effect in the light and decrease the lights life. Good luck!
