ok,

so, you had built you pickups from some service center or branded.

there is a problem related to unbalenced flywheel management in engine when it was assembled that time some dust or any other particles jamed on bore.

so you have to now reopen you engine case & clean up your all part bore,pistons,crank case,perticularly flywheel attach to crank,

do with care,

takes time to get result but you will surely sceeded to fix this.

I have the same problem with my 2003 Silverado. I am not sure how to fix the problem but I'll keep looking and let you know what I find out. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Check the TPS, (throttle position sensor), and the IAC, (idle air control motor), for proper operation. Rebuild TBI unit if necessary. Kits are available aftermarket.

It's a 305 fuel injected 1987 chev truck when i turn the key the fuel pump comes on but it won't start seems like there is no gas going to .throddle body. What could be the problem please?

Look inside the frame rail on the driver side for a fuel filter. May be a cheap fix. If it's not there, follow the fuel lines until you find it. Hopefully, it's not in the tank.

What do you mean? Its either in time or its not. Why are you checking the timing? You turn the dist to get the timing right. Give some history about the complete problem and what you have tried to do to fix it.

1987 s10 blazer will start sometimes.Sometimes it will crank for a while ,then it will crank and feel like it ran out of fuel .Replaced fuel pu mp last year . cannot hear hum of pump ,but the truck starts.

Check Static Fuel Pressure engine off , Should be about 10 to 13 psi this will determine if Fuel Pressure Regulator is faulty , if pressure is bleeding off it will be hard starting... If you find a bad regulator then replace it with new... Bleed pressure off by removing fuel tank filler cap and by releiveing it at the fuel rail before the TBI unit....

Vehicle 305 TBI--starting hard, wont idle, dies when reved

The IAC (idle air controller) allows some air to bypass the throttle plates in a TBI system. If your IAC is stuck in the closed position then that would explain why it won't idle when the throttle plate is closed. The IAC is threaded into the throttle body injection unit itself. It has a four-wire plug and is cylindrical. Try taking it out and cleaning it up with a copper or nylon brush and some solvent.

sounds like the fusable link which feeds power to the ignition switch has gone to the happy hunting ground. this fusable link is bolted to the starter motor battery terminal along with up to four others.
