When i turn the key on my 95 Chevy Blazer, it may take a couple tries before it finally starts up. But not every time. Why is that. I have added fuel injector cleaner, changed air filter, and replaced plugs and wires.

leaky injector/s is flooding motor, mechanically clean or replace. And clean throttle body while you are at it with spray cleaner. Should be almost spotless where large throttle valve opens and closes.
The fuel pump may be running but it may not be providing enough fuel pressure. Have the fuel pressure checked at the fuel rail and if it is not to specification, replace the fuel pump.
