Rough idle I have been having problems with my TB idling rough. Sometimes it will go dead after accelerating from a red light or stop sign. Gas mileage has always been terrible but is even worse now. The dealer has replaced the O2 sensor and throttle body and I am still having the problem.

If Service/Check Light On Have Computer Scanned For Codes
Have Exhaust System Checked For Obstruction
Have Fuel Delivery System Function Checked--Don't Forget Fuel Filter.

Disconnecting the battery sometimes corrupts the CPU program and it takes the use of a scanner to reprogram it . What you have done sometimes fixes the fault but like all CPU programs it only takes one bit to throw out the program.

Sometimes that's caused by a vacuum leak near the manifold area.

Sometimes air in the coolant will cause an idle problem. Air will keep the air temp sensor from sending proper info.

check or replace fuel filter for clogging up. if it does clog up, then you will not get enough fuel to engine to run it properly. it will stall at stops, and be very sluggish on takeoff. check fuel pressure if need be. could also be a bad catylist convertor. so check above first. Rent a fuel pressure guage from advance or oreilley's and check fuel pressure if needed. they will tell you the proper fuel pressure for your car.

Check your fuel vapor recovery system, your van has unusual set up, and the effect is RAW fuel gets purged, rather than vapor.
The dead giveaway test is does the issue happen on light acceleration? Does it stop if you let off the throttle? Can you accelerate harder and "get past" the issue?

lots of stuff in the fuel system can couse problem like pressure regulator, pressure switch,or relays. pump could be on way out though.
