The abs light bulb has burned out (just like a regular light bulb). These bulbs can be replaced easily, you just remove the upper portion of the dashboard by removing the retaining screws and then you will see the gauge cluster underneath. The gauge cluster will unclip and unplug and then you can replace the bulbs which are burned out. It is very common for older cars to have dash bulbs burn out.
you need to find proper bulb type to replace burned one. in general you need t10 or t5 type bulbs.
before removing dashboard, you need to remove battery cable from (-) terminal. removal of dashboards differ from car model to car model. basically there are upper screws and you need to remove dash board bezel/trims first.if you remove bezel and screws, there will be several screws holding dash board in its place. try no to drop screws when removing them. and be gentle while moving the dashboard. there are two or three sockets at back. you may need to remove them by releasing their clips. and you will see bulb holders holding bulbs in dashboard in general 4 or 5 bulbs are used to illuminate gauges. remove them by turning covers and put new bulbs in it. intallation is the reverse order. do not forget to clip sockets back.
From one female to another...taking the dash off is a big job. you have to pry off the entire frame first to get to where you want to go. Once you have everything off, the lights are easy. Just remember to place everything in order as you took it off, makes things easier to put back together.
You will have to Disassemble the Dash and remove the Guage Cluster The Light Bulbs are on the Back side of the Guage Cluster. Small Tabs that Turn and Pull out.
