What I would do is pull the fan blower motor speed switch, plug the wires back into it while you're holding it in your hand, run the car, and check with a multitester and see if you are getting voltage at the switch. Should be something like:
High=12-14 volts
MHi=8-10 volts
MLo=4-6 volts
Low=2-4 volts
OFF=no voltage

If you get voltage but the fan still doesn't work, then it's either a bad ground, or the motor is bad. If you can access the blower motor wire connections(sometimes its easier to try this with it removed from the vehicle), then you could try jumping the blower motor at the wiring connection with a known good 12 volt source, and if you STILL can't get the motor to spin then it's seized up or it's just a bad motor. If you have the motor removed, try spinning the squirrel cage by hand. Is it stiff? Seized? Probably need a new one if it doesn't spin freely by hand.

Hope this helps!

SOURCE: fan quit on 87 celebrity, heat ac, etc.. fuse ok ????

Hi
Check for bad connection at heater resistor or try tapping heater motor lightly
with ignition switch on and heater switch on. Could be heater switch connection.

SOURCE: ac/fan wont kick on

There's a fan speed control module on the firewall under the hood. Three screws. Go to your FORD dealer and buy one from their parts department (under $50) and when you have the part in your hand you'll re3cognize the one on the firewall. Takes five minues but the mercury dealer wanted to charge me $600 as the 'Book Rate'. Screw then! It's an easy fix - you can do it with a screwdriver.

SOURCE: MY 2004 CHEVY TAHOE AC AND HEATER FAN DOES NOT

It may be the heater fan motor or connection to it .
I have replaced a lot of these that required a new connector to make then work....as the original connector semi melted at the fan motor.

No heat or ac

Depending on the year , make , and model you have, most HVAC systems have a blower motor fan resister, usually located near the blower motor, check for power and ground at the fan resistor plug connector and make sure all connectors are in good shape, and not melted, or you will have to replace the fan resister pig tail as well.

Check your fan motor fuse or check the fan motor itself, it may have failed.

2002 buick rendezvous awd cooling fans wont turn on and car will start to over heat but if you put on the ac they will come on

First check fuse if thats good then check the thermal fan switch. If the fan switch is corroded its not letting The pcm know the temp.

Air conditioner wont turn on

It might be the fuse for the AC compressor. Check to make sure the blower motor/fan is working by putting it on heat, or vent and adjusting the level from low to high (not temperature). Fan speed. Hope this gets you started.

Cooling fan wont turn on

check your fuse to see if its blown. Do you have one or two fans? If you have 2 fans turn your ac on to see if the other fan comes on. If your fuse is good you probably have a bad fan
