it should be in the underhood fuse block...

It is a 15amp fuse probably the only one in the bank as they changed positions of the fuses for different models but try the bottom left corner if the fuse box

i know on my 1992 toyota camry...the EFI fuse is located under the hood on drivers side in the fuse panel there...right next to the battery. standing on the drivers side, from the side of the car looking at box as your facing the passenger side of auto(which will be directly across from you) it is located at top left. Says to also check the Circuit opening relay located behind the glove compartment ... the middle one. BUT, before you pull that ..if you want to check for a code stored, do so before you pull that out or before disc the battery. To do that you'll need to look under drivers side dash upside down for the code detector that has a flip top cap.. and you'll block wheels, place in neutral w/ Emergency brake on, turn key to on position and then w/ a metal paper clip ... bridge the E1 and TE1 terminals ..then look at your dash for the flashing start light..to read the code. If it flashes steadily the same every 1/4 sec then no code has been recorded. Hope this helps.. If further testing info...needed let me know.

The fuel pump doesn't have a single designated fuse, it gets electrical input voltage from several sources, the fuses tart you need to check are the 7.5A ignition fuse, the 15A EFI, the 15A starter. There are two relays that are involved, the circuit opening relay located behind the glove box and the EFI main relay located in the fuse box under the hood, the most common problem when there is no fuel pressure is the fuel pump, check all the fuses and substitute the two relays to see if it solves the problem.

might be a fuse under the hood but i would bet its your reistate located on the heater box behind the glove box
