Fan heater in my 1994 Hyundai Lantra doesn't work. The relay clicks from the switch, but there is no power to the fan.

Yes it's the heater relay. There is no power activating your relay
Replace it

I think the fault is with the radiator temp censer , it acts as a on off switch, located on the radiator tank.

FAN NOT WORKING

It can be issue with faulty motor or its faulty fan control relay.

Bother are to be inspected.

Test volt at fan relay and fan motor.

check under your dash by the fuse box might be there

While you have the fan out, connect the positive lead and negative lead to the battery. If it powers up, then your problem is most likely the switch or resistor.

The switch is probably broken inside the stalk.

if you are getting power at the fan plug, it is possible that the recycled motor is bad.
