Hello, first check the turbo,EGR,exhaust manifold tube,Y pipe flange and intake system.double check all the clamps, gaskets and make sure to retorque all clamps and bolts.again most of the time this kind of problem occured from turbo clamps or gasket.
Doesn’t sound that it’s anything is wrong with it outside the sound of a turbo charger

the power steering pump also is connected to the brake booster and both take vaccum this is a verry common problem and sucks, the only way to fix this is to get a new power steering pump, just to have it happen again in a few years.

Hi Austin, I think you hit the nail right on the head! Replace the glow plugs:-) Regards John
Turning the key to on, no warning lights or dash gauges come on? That sounds like the ignition switch is not working, or power is not getting to the switch. Power for the switch would likely come from a maxi fuse under the hood. So check all your fuses as a start. If fuses are good, one will have to check the ignition switch for power in and power out, when key is turned to on. Use a test light, pull the ignition switch electrical connector apart. On the harness side of the connector, probe all the terminals in the connector. One wire should be the hot wire to the switch-hot at all times-just waiting for the switch to send power out to make things work. If you have a hot wire there, plug connector together, turn key to on, and backprobe the electrical connector, looking for power out on the run wire. The start wire (going to the starter solenoid) will have power when key is held in start. Too many wires? Confused? Keep probing-all you looking for is power in on one wire, and power out on one or maybe two wires with key on. If no power out, the switch must be bad. If no power in, the electrical distribution system will have to be checked-back to the power distribution center under the hood where the maxi fuses are.
Post back if not clear, or if you need more help. Always appreciate a reply. Good luck.
