Found this answer: My friend just had this problem and he reached in and pulled the inside door handle back as far as it would go, and then let it go, allowing it to 'snap' back. For some reason this fixed it. We have no idea why. By doing this on one door, both rear door locks freed up and the rear locks are now working. Before, both rear locks were stuck and you could not open the doors from the inside nor the outside. Not sure why it works, but maybe it will work for you!

I have the exact same problem! It just started 3 days ago with both doors! The doors will only open and close with the remote and not the interior button. Any help is appreciated.
SOURCE: Need to open rear doors from inside
open the back door,on the door close to the lock you will see the black plastic round thing. that is the child safety lock, you can turn that left or right for. ( lock or unlock) hope this can help.
SOURCE: rear door handle doesn't open the door from the inside
Sounds like the linkage has come off the handle inside the door. The door panel will need to be removed to gain access to the linkage. Be careful when removing the panel! Some are held on by plastic snap clips, others by screws (some hidden some not), Also the linkage may be retained by a small plastic clip that holds it to the handle itself. If this is broken you can usually find a replacement at a auto parts store in the HELP section or by showing and asking a sales person there.
Tests/Procedures:
1. Check the power and ground at the master switch mount in the dash. Pin 12 is power at key on and pin 4 is the ground.
2. Next try driving the left front window by applying power to pins 13 and 14, switch polarity should drive the window up and down. If not, check for broken wires in the between "A" pillar and the door, then gain access to the window motor and try applying right at the motor.
Tests/Procedures:
1. Check the outside door handle switch. It should ground the Orange/Yellow wire when the handle is raised.
Tech Tips:
The power window should drop slightly whenever the door is opened. The ensures a tighter seal to the convertible top.

The BCM receives battery voltage from the CTSY/RF TRN fuse in order to supply power to the courtesy lamps. The BCM applies this voltage to the courtesy lamps through the courtesy lamp supply voltage circuits. When any door is opened, the door open switch contacts close and the BCM receives a door-open signal. If the BCM receives a door lock or unlock signal, the BCM will activate the courtesy lamp supply voltage circuit, providing battery voltage to the dome lamps and the left and right footwell courtesy lamps. The courtesy lamps can be manually activated by placing the interior lamp switch in the DOME position. For more detailed information concerning courtesy lamp operation refer to Interior Lighting Systems Description and Operation.
The BCM receives battery voltage from the INT LAMPS fuse in order to supply power to the inadvertent courtesy lamps. Inadvertent power courtesy lamp feature provides a similar function for the interior lamps as a retained accessory power feature. The BCM will energize the courtesy lamps supply voltage circuit when the BCM is in the active state (awake). When the inadvertent power courtesy lamps supply voltage circuit is energized, it supplies voltage to all the interior lights listed below. The BCM will continue to supply voltage to the interior lamps after the ignition is turned OFF so that the interior lamps may be operated.
