You can take a look under and carefully with engine running if you see no leaks check out the coolant with radiator cap off and better if you have a deep funnel. See if you have a lot of bubbles/burps??? If you do and keeps bubbling you have bad head gasket but if you don't at least you already burped the system wich is necessary step when working with coolant.... good luck

Sometimes fords can be tricky. Try to be sure that all of the air is purged from the system. I usually do this with a manual release cap. run the engine then slowly release the pressure. then the system will stabilize. If that doesn't help then you may have something restricting flow inside the water jackets through the engine. some shops have those nifty little cameras that they can run through the system to look for potential problems. hope it works out for you. I know how how much of a pain some of these problems can be. Good luck.

It can a the first stage of blowing head gasket.
Fill your coolant tank to the full mark when it's COLD.
Start the car, and pay close attention to the tail pipe for a small puff of white smoke.
After 15 minutes,If you do see any vapor then take the car for a 8 minutes drive.
Park the car and listen for bubbling sound from the coolant tank,
If you see bubbles coming up then you will need a head gasket change real soon.

Have you had the radiator cap pressure checked? Small part...big function...Are you sure the thermostat is in the open position when installed? Hope this helps.
