Steve, the MAP is on drivers side next to firewall up top on the I6 engine. You can try cleaning it with sensor safe electrical spray. But I've found this doesn't work, just replace it.
All trouble codes are 5 digits starting with a letter
If the code in full is "PO106" it is in reference to the "MAP" sensor, Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) uses the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (MAP) to monitor engine load. (NOTE: Some vehicles have a Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor that is integral to the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and do not have a MAP sensor. Other vehicles have a MAF/BARO and a redundant MAP sensor where the MAP sensor functions as a backup input in case of MAF failure.

SOURCE: battery removal on a 2004 GMC Envoy
The battery is on the right side behind the fuse box. You need a metric set to undo the 3 screws. Theres one that attaches to the body, one to the bar that goes along the top, and theres one on the left side below the vacuum hose and air induction. After you've taken out those three, you should lift the whole thing out(battery and shroud) together. It's hard to take the shroud off before you lift the battery out. After that, you have to pry the shoud off the battery. The two terminals in the back make it hard. Then just go to any auto parts store and they'll give you a new one.

P0452 = Generic Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input.
Since you have a 2004 Envoy, you probably have the dreaded bad 2004 PCM. It is part of the emissions system so it is covered under the emissions warranty (although it's already 2009 and i'm not from the USA, so I'm not aware if that's still applicable).
But in other words: contact your dealer !
