Turn the parking lamps or headlamps on in order to illuminate the instrument panel and instrument panel cluster lamps. Voltage applies at all times through the TAIL fuse to the tail relay. Turning the turn signal/headlamp switch to the PARK or the HEAD position provides a ground path to the coil side of the relay to G202. The ground path energizes the coil of the relay. This closes the contacts in the relay. The closed contacts apply voltage to the IP dimmer illumination controller and all the illumination lamps. The illumination lamps are ground through the illumination controller. The controller is located on the left side of the instrument panel. Since the illumination controller is ground to G200, the lamps illuminate when voltage applies. The intensity of the instrument panel and the instrument panel cluster lamps is adjusted by the controller (4). The controller controls the intensity of the lamps by controlling the amount of current from the lamps to ground.Check the tail relay !
Ever figure it out. Having the same issue. Replaced fuse and relay and still doesn't work.
I have the same. Any luck? I disconnected the rear wire connector from the fuse box. So I know it must be upfront, which include the dash, and the marker lights. What is odd is that the front things all read short even with the bulbs out. But if I take out the directional bulbs then everything is good, open. Which is silly cuz they're not even on the same circuit. Have you had any luck

SOURCE: Dash light, license plate light & tail lights don't work
Checked the wiring connecting the light, this some common problem its looks good but already cut or break ,,checked the continuity of by using a multistester or whatever that can checked the continiuty..
SOURCE: no dash lights and no tail lights
Check for faulty wires at the fuse block, had one fall off from the block itself from the rear, or it could be a wire break somewhere along the way.
Stop Lights and Blinkers are independant fuse.
Tail lights are on there own fuse and could be a wire break in the rear or removing the bulb and using a metre check for signal at bulb socket where trouble is, Check for disolored connections, Green in color or simular, could be a bad connection which in turn is not letting the curent to other side, Causing a short and loss of power to all remaining lights in curcuit.
SOURCE: tail light dash light ext.
check your fuse penel under the left side of the hood there are 2 fuses for head lights there good luck
SOURCE: No tail or running lights
Have you looked at the relays under the hood One of thim have something to do with the lights.

Anyone find an answer to this. Rear license plate light, which is red and yellow seems to be the sensible choice. But when I disconnect the circuit to the rear and test continuity it reads open. Do the more I think about that it should have read the light bulb
