I would check your ignition switch. The actual part you put the key in. Try a new key first or your spare if you got one. Or try to put a tiny bit of lube on key. Like one drop..

You may have leaky injectors. I would try some injector cleaner first. If that didn't work, I would pull up the fuel rail to confirm they are leaking when the pump is on. Then have them cleaned or replaced.

cam timing this is called, on the G16b 16v not 8v.

G16a (8valve head) or G16b (16valve head)??which one
the 2 option engines are not the same.
first the cam must be timed, or spark is hopeless , due to its being end if the chain if events.
so, is cam belt fresh, 60kmiles or less.
its timed at #4 firing.

cam marks #4 firing.
distributor marks are #1 firing,
on all 3 engine, early 90s classes.
the cam cog wheel on your year, will have false markes
and is covered here, totally. (avoid "I" marks)

lock smith time. seems.
on some trackers there is lever there to unlock the lock
its so you dont turn off the key driving,
and then Air bags go dead and then get the maker gets sued
for that like GM just DID.
and that too can fail, as in all things made by man.

Check that your alternator is actually charging the battery. With volt meter and car running check for at least 13.5 volts at battery. If not check fuses, big red wire from alternator to battery and for actual output of alternator at bolt where big red wire attaches to alternator. Should have battery voltage with car not running and at least 13.5 when engine is idling(motor running)

old post but im flooding geo posts
so other can search and find answers for this rare old car,
there is no switch
only a relay , actually 2 relays.
one is fuel realy in green socket below ECU and
other is ecu mAIN, next to above in black sockete
if either fails, car will not start
they are same p/n so can be swapped.
if CEL glows in cluster key on, main is ok
are FI and IG coil fues good at left top knee?

no start, just for this car alone.

IF THE PINK WIRE GOES TO 11 TO 12 VDC CRANIING
ITS NOT THE RELAY
IF NOT NEAR 11V, THE ECU IS BAD OR IT HAS NO POWER.
FUSES BAD TOPS LIST
THE FI FUSE MUST BE GOOD
IF THE IG COIL FUSES IS BAD THE ECU IS DEAD, OFF LINE.

its not 1995 tracker, its a usa 96
or canada 98 at least.

the 96+ have 2 baros. p1451 p1 MEANS SUZUKI FACTOR ONLY CODE. (NOT FED)
one is the EGR baro for testinG only it (usa laws)
and the one hidden inside eCU for alitude. readings
had one 96 that spiders got inside it and made nest.
easy fix.
wish you posted true year, sad that.
years match books and facts by year/
ill now teach you, how to use said book

IT COMPARES THE KEY ON PRESSURE FROM BOTH SENSOR AND IF WRONG,ASSUMES HE ECU SIDE IS BAD
ID NOT BELIEVE THIS.
i mean on or the other can be bad, (its a comparison see?)
i pull the top of intake maniffold MDP baro senors
clean it good with CRC MAF cleaner(safe)
then put it back
push reset on scan tool and drive
if P1451 returns'
open ECU lid, and clean that BARO sensor there
whats there cant guess, but has some junk there, gunk, webs
water, what ever, there.
the book says replace ecu that is $400 at CARDONe.

This is a hard one, only

fixed mine, (im an ecu fixer, retired)

and its not a 1995,
only 1996+ do that code. (july1 1995 build day sure are 1996 model year.)
fact OBD2 started this day in USA> 1998 in canada.

113 means ( your mechanic )changed the air filter
and knocked the IAT sensor wires off.
for sure. its no longer plugged in for sure, or broke it.

backup one and read.

learn that fuse that look bad are bad
fuses the look good can be bad, called hair line cracks poor humans can not see
so we test them and never guess
tail fuse above left knee is in fact blown.
if not the switch is bad.

head lights are not part of this circuit at all, cept plastic knob.

welding with battery connected can roast good electronics.
this warning is in every builders book, in print.
the voltage is too high for modern electronics and 10x for old
like this relic.
you lost park id bet welding did not damage parks.
blinkers yes, ECU EFI engine and TCM transmission controls ouch.
parks have huge numbers of lighs


you blew the Tail dome fuse
NOT GROUND CONNECTIONs too many there, all cant fail.

ALL four corners dead and dash (warn lamp dead) in cluster

page 2 see that.
are the 2 blink/has fuses good. test good not just LOOK good
after all if a feed is shorted you will blow both. (tested)

the blinker module ,usually dont fail
its electronic and robust.
fuses good, then
the black wire ground cut or rusty a body
G200 it uses, and if bad usually kills the engine.
yellow-white must be 12vdc blinks on. key on
switch is bad. i bet this is ok
the relay green is OUTPUT
if the blinker has power it clicks
if it green wire flashes with test lamp the blinker module is good
if the output of the blinker switch is dead L and right
the switch is bad.
assumes both left and right sides not shorted. to ground.
