I assume you mean Bose system. There is no simple way to determine what the problem is without both the option code for your system and the error code (if any). Best bet is to take it to an GM authorized radio shop.

If it does it when idling I would suspect an IAC motor (Idle Air Control). If it is opening too slowly the added air the motor needs will not be supplied fast enough and the engine will kill.
It could be other things also but this is where I would start.

Location of spark plugsThey are located along the top of the motor under coil packs that fire the plugs. You have to remove the resonator box from the top of the motor to gain access.
Each coil pack is secured with two long skinny bolts and must be removed carefully. Then simply lift it off and remove the plug directly underneath it.
Use only AC Delco iridium plugs. 100k mile intervals.
