My car seems to have some sort of glitch in the fuel system. periodically the car just wont start because it isn't getting fuel pump changed relay replaced and it still happens without warning.

How do you know it's not getting fuel ? Did you use a fuel pressure gauge an test pressure ? You replace fuel pump or just fuel pump relay ? Watch this video on testing GM fuel pump electrical circuit ! GM Fuel Pump Relay Testing

test like this guy shows in the video < You could jump pins 30 an 87 with a piece of wire 12gage this will power fuel pump directly , if the fuel pump runs you have some other problem , The PCM - engine computer controls the fuel pump relay ,turns it on ! A anti-theft system problem will cause it not to turn on .

Car wont start

Does it have spark at the spark plugs. If it has spark is it getting gas. Try spraying a little starting fluid in it, does it try to start? Then it isn't getting fuel. Is the fuel pump running when the ignition is first turned on? Fuel pump relay, fuse, fuel pump itself. Just telling you some things to check so people can give a better informed answer.

My 93 prelude won't start i change the fuel pump i check my fuses so what now i need help

You will have to see if your getting spark and fuel. If your getting both it should be starting either timing or injector pulse isn't working maybe. If your not getting spark, you will need to check your ignition system. If your still not getting fuel then you have a relay or maybe a computer problem. This isn't exact but a short list of what to check so you can reply with more information.

First and easiest to find out if the fuel pump is coming on is just to turn the key to the on position. You should hear it make a hum noise...but you will hear some sort of noise. That's the fuel pump. If not, then check the relay/fuse.

Fuses are located either in the engine compartment or passenger compartment fuse and relay panels. If a fuse blows, a single component or single circuit will not function properly.
