SOURCE: Instrument panel gauges

the simple answer to that is yes.
Did you use a multimeter to determine the fuse(s) were ok or did you just visually check them.

SOURCE: Instrument panel gauges all stopped working while driving.

These vans are common for having cracked circuit boards in the Instrument cluster. You need to replace the circuit board. Try smacking the end of the dash and see if the gauges start working again.

SOURCE: My gauges in the instrument

If all the guages quit working at the same time, then it is probably a blown fuse. Check your fuse panels in the dash or under the hood. Look for a fuse that is labeled instrument panel or guages, it is probably blown.

Temperature and fuel level gauge stopped suddenly on ziro position

Often times more than one gauge having a problem is related to the common ground.

Once you gain access to the connections behind the dash, just unplug/disconnect and then plug/connect the harness/wiring back into the gauge panel to see if you get a reading. If not, you'll need to trace the wiring using a digital voltmeter as well as verifying the grounding wires. Any connections that aren't clean should be sanded lightly and a light coat of grease applied. Di-electric grease is best as it seals out moisture but won't cause a connection.

Gauges stop working and all dash board lights come on

You don't say what the make model and year is, but generally the gauges get power from the same place the gas gauge does. Each gauge is grounded thru a sending unit or switch.
So my guess would be a problem inside the instrument cluster.

Instrument panel cluster gauges and odometer has stopped working

I had all my analog instrument panel gauges stop working after they did the state emissions test. I found the proper fuse in the fuse block located under the hood. Simply unplugged the fuse, noticed it was still good, and plugged the same fuse (10A) back in and all the gauges started working again. Guess it needed a reset atfer they plugged in for the emissions.

The BCM (body control module) is the problem, have it replaced, this is a common issue on your van.
