The wiper motor and pump motor are not being energized. Since they both do not work it has to be something they both have in common like a fuse.

Check your car manual for a description of what fuse is for what. When you find the fuse that takes care of those motors replace it.

They are inexpensive - so much so that you may have to buy a small pack of them.

2011 Mazda Tribute.. Rear window wiper motor disconected .. Will this prevent front washer from pumping washer fluid to the windshield..

I'd have to pull a wiring diagram to say for sure, but it appears both the front and back wiper motors are part of the same "series" circuit, so if you disconnect one, the other will not work.

Plug the front motor back up really quick. If the rear wiper motor works, you've found the problem. Is there a particular reason why you disconnected the rear motor?

Wiper Fluid Reversed Front and Back, Wipers did not

Sounds like someone has had your washer fluid reservior out and placed the wrong line on the wrong pump. You should have 2 seperate pumps. Pull the reservior up and swap the lines from one to the other, then you should be good.

Jeep wrangler wiper fluid will not dispense on front windsheld but will on the rear

Switch is faulty is the first thing comes to my mind. Your spot on tho in your diagnosis, although you may have two pumps and tanks, one for front, one for rear. I would check all my fuses just to be sure, and I would look at all my waster tubes and make sure they are not clogged, check your nozzles too, as sometimes wax can clog them up.

First, make sure that you are using a seperate switch to activate the rear wiper fluid than you are for the front.

You activate the front window fluid by pulling the lever toward you, while you activate the rear window fluid by twisting the end of the lever all the way up or down as far as it will go (It will return from these positions automatically). If it still doesn't work, you should have someone stand at the back of the vehicle when you activate it to make sure they hear the sound of the washer fluid pump working (key must be in on position for this test).

If it is, check to make sure the nozzle is not clogged. Also make sure that it's not leaking out of the back door due to the hose inside the door becoming disconnected.

If it's not working, then your rear pump motor is burned out and needs to be replaced.

Hope this helps!

The windshield washer fluid isnt coming out for

Yes there are two pumps located in the wiper fluid reservoir. If your in a bind, you can switch the plugs and small hose that go to them because they are both the same. The upper pump operates the back, and the lower pump operates the front. The back won't work until it gets replaced, but it beats driving backwards.

If the motor comes on automatically when the car starts its possible a build up of ice in the winter could prevent it from operating and burn it out.

Rear window washer-no fluid

You may have a line disconnected or the tank may be emply? Are all lines connected at the rear blade? I believe the fluid comes from the front tank under the hood. Check the lines from the tank.
Also check the pump. Can you hear the pump when using rear wiper/washer?
