Why does my 2001 mitsubishi montero sport keeps breaking my ac belt

Misalignment, wrong size belt, something is in contact with the belt and causing premature wear. A pulley may be seizing up within the belts route. Or cheap belts, but that usually isn't one of the answers.

Can't find ac filler port for a 1998 montero sport

Should be two ports on the a/c lines with black or colored caps.
One is bigger than the other to try to prevent you from connecting to the wrong side of the compressor.
Sometimes one of the ports is on the back of the compressor.

2001 mitsubishi montero sport has been very sluggish when you put the ac on. ac still works fine but when you stop it sometime kills the engine. Any help to solve this problem. Thank you

Two things come to mind. The A/C system is overcharged cause the compressor to work hard and this will drag down the engine. The other is the compressor is getting ready to die. Again this will drag down the engine. If you can reach the compressor, with the engine off turn the front of the compressor ,not the pulley. It should turn freely, with no drag. and as you keep turn you will feel a pulse this is pressure building in it, this is normal. The freon pressure has to be checked with pressure gauges.

Can i run a 2003 montero sport without the ac belt?

You can run any car without a belt around the AC compressor, BUT it is likely to cause the compressor to freeze up you do it for to long. So if your AC compressor is operational, I wouldn't recommend it.
