SOURCE: starter enabler fuse blows which means the starter motor does not work until fuse is changed

It is possible that the starer is pulling too much amperage- 1st thing you need to do is find out what if any other consumers are on that circuit, 2nd you need to find out how much amperage is being consumed by the starter. 3rd test you wires most likely if a wire problem it is the heavy hot wire on the starter or the back of the alternator has a loose retaining nut

SOURCE: ignition fuse keeps blowing when i turn the key

It MUST be the starter relay coil - or the power wire that feeds it. Likely a short in the relay coil (AKA starter selenoid).

SOURCE: wiper fuse blows as soon as you insert one

start at the wiper motor harness and follow it back( even if wrapped up with other wires) you are simply goin to check carefully along harness and check it hasn't rubbed through and it's making contact with steel, with go through firewall at some point, that is a good spot for rubbing, but check it all carefully.

I have a Ford 2000 F350 7.3L Dies and keeps blowing the fuel heater fuse.

NOT A RV ,right?
fuse # not told nor he AMPs rating. (hard job this)
on all cars, most fuse have not just one, load.
the fuse name is can only fit one name there, even up to 10 loads on 1 fuse. the service manual covers he wiring fully
scan the PCM so it can tell you what is shorted"? DTC errors.
F350 not superduty version (wild guess me)
I have trouble finding the 7.3L wiring in total.
ok found 35 pages of schematics on this. wowl
wish I knew fuse number F# that blew.
fuel heater means what?
Glow Plugs
intake induction heater MIAH
02 oxygen sensor heaters?
fuel filter bowl or water separator? heater?
fuel filter/water separator assembly., yes.
found it. I did, fuse 30/34 and 30 amps,in battery JB.
runs what you said and
waste gate solenoid. bingo shorted
+ 2 relay coils only 86 pins, I bet are not bad. PCM and IDM.

Have 1999 Dodge stratus all the gauges stopped working and odometer reads -no bus- a/c compressor stop working to, they all stopped at the same time.

I'd have to check voltage and ground for the instrument cluster. I noticed one of the fuses for your instrument cluster goes hot with the key on, same thing for ac compressor. I'd have to voltage feed to and from ignition switch for applicable fuse. Check the ignition switch wiring connector. I can't rule out ignition switch itself, at the moment.
There could be other issues?
Ignition switch faults are common on some makes and models.
Instrument cluster wiring connector problems. Sometimes if you disconnect and reconnect the instrument cluster connector, it may start working again, also, cycling the instrument cluster connector may reset, if it starts working, well, it's working for now, may quit again.
Some instrument clusters may do a self test, don't know about yours?
Press and hold odometer reset button, turn key to run position release odometer reset button, watch the odometer. Your indicator lamps may turn on and off, the gages may cycle in small increments. The cluster will exit self test on its own.
You may have to check buss circuits.

When I turn the ignition on, why does the instrument panel fuse blow and the alternator won't charge the battery?

There is an electrical short somewhere on that fuses circuit. You can try replacing the fuse and disconnecting the small plug at the back of the alternator and then turn the key on to see if the fuse blows. If fuse doesn't blow, suspect internal short in alternator. If fuse continues to blow further electrical diagnostics will be required

I have had problem the gauge is not working on the manual or the electronic as well, I cant get a reading at all

Turn the ignition key to the on position and ground the temperature gauge wire to the engine using a jumper wire, then watch the temperature gauge needle. If the gauge now reads Hot, replace the temperature sending unit. Otherwise, check the fuse for the temperature gauge circuit. If the fuse is good, turn the ignition key to the "on" position. Using a voltmeter, check for voltage at the ignition terminal on the gauge. If there is no voltage, there is a problem in the circuit between the ignition key and the gauge or the fuse panel and the gauge temperature. Fix the problem and test again. If there is voltage, replace the gauge.

Ford 99 Taurus ignition fuse keeps blowing every time key is turned

A bad something, yes.
The fuse may be the primary fuse for the key switch. If it is, you would need to disconnect the key switch harness and check for a short to ground on each circuit.

30 amp Starter/Ignition fuse keeps blowing when i turn the ignition key. The instrumentpanel lights are dim and then the fuse blows.

I am assuming you are talking about the circuit that powers the key switch. I'm showing a fuseable link to the starter relay instead of a fuse.
If it is the circuit that powers the switch, I would disconnect the switch and see if the fuse blows as each circuit is powered one at a time using a jumper wire. You can get 30amp circuit breakers that plug into the fuse slot to use while you are testing circuits.
You may need a repair book or shop manual to find out what is powered by that fuse since it is most everything on the car.

INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND BLOWER MOTOR QUIT TOGETHER.

Belief it or not your problem may be at one off your electric fans, also a possibility your a/c compressor coil shorted, so disconnect your a/c condenser fan and your a/c compressor check them for short and replace has needed, here is the logic every time you turn your heater on defrost it will cycle your a/c and it will blow your fuse, there is a circuit breaker on fuse box by left kick panel way up make sure it is in good condition push on it and you will feel it click if trigger, is not spring back it may be at fault to, replace it. good luck

The fuse for the gauges keep blowing and also when heat is turned on cold air comes out the bottom but when it is in defrost mode its hot

disconnect the main plug from your instrument panel...does the fuse blow...if it doesnt, check wiring on the cluster panel, a wire could be rubbing causing a short.
