pull off the door panel and make sure the motor is turning and there is nothing blocking the window from going up or down the motor might be burnt out but the switch is still clicking the relay on and make sure you spray the gears and window wires not the electrical wire with white lithium greese

Most often on those the motors are shot. as soon as they are activated they overheat and slow down or stop. Only way I know of to repair is to replace them. You will need a manual to do this or do them one at a time so you can check how it goes back together by looking at other one. Motors are riveted in and need to be drilled to remove...use small bolts to re-attach.
I've seen motors online for about $30-40 each.

Most likely a bad switch on drivers door or broken wire inside drivers door where wiring comes through in the rubber boot to the inside of the car
