Get a can of WD40 with the red straw nozzle and insert it above or below the key and flood it (5 second spray). Remove the straw, jiggle, pull and release.

the key not going into the ignition means the steering lock is not 'unlocked' ,is the vehicle as posted 2014 buick ? if so get the dealer out as its brand new

ok so is a brand new vehicle , the dealer should be coming to you to get this sorted out and supply you with a loan car if needed, if the dealer refuses contact the manufacturer directly,if anyone else where to work on the vehicle it would invalidate the vehicle's warrenty so contact the dealer you got the vehicle from
