THE ACTUATOR ON THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR WAS REPLACED 8/30/14, BUT ALL THE LOCKS STILL CYCLE REPEADTEDLY
SOURCE: Tribute passenger door will not unlock
this ones trick but ive done it. you have to carfully pry back the top part of the door panel and you should get enogh room for a small arm to fit in and manuall pull up on the relese lever for the latch to the door then you can take the door apart for inspection
SOURCE: Rear door panel/actuators
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
SOURCE: rear passenger door won,t open or lock when driver
you may have a blowen fuse check them and relay to that door
SOURCE: How to replace the rear door lock actuators?
If your door lock actuator is making noise, then your plastic gear inside the actuator is broken. Someone is selling just the gear on Ebay.

Class 2 and Power Door Serial Data Links
The class 2 and power door data circuits are both serial data links. The serial data circuits replace cables in the vehicle by multiplexing (time-sharing) data to and from each device over a single wire referenced to ground. If the power door serial data is lost, both the rear door module (RDM) and the passenger door module (PDM) enters the sleep mode. With the RDM and the PDM in sleep mode, no power door operations are possible.
Your best bet is to take it to the dealer or an ASE certified repair shop .
