I own an 2004 elantra and the fuse diagram is on the driver's side underneath the pullout compartment located under the heat vent. Maybe your's is in the same place.

If you don't have the owners manual, the fuse box lid should
have a diagram on it. The is a Hyundai repair web site that
Hyundai uses, but you have to call their customer service
and talked them into letting you log onto it. I called and asked
if I could purchase the repair manual for my 09 and they provided
me with the web site and log in.
