If it wasn't a factory remote it is common for them to have problems.

your pin switch on the door frame ,may have dirt or rust held on with small screw remove the screw and lift out the pin switch try clean it first.

gm had a problem with the door lock actuators take the door panel off and check for power and ground at the actuator

sound like you might have a few problem interior light might be the door switch but the lock n unlock can be a fuse if they dont work in the truck or need to chance the battery in your remote

Do the locks work when using the interior lock buttons? If so, then you probably have to have the car dealer reprogram you remotes

My 02 did the same thing, i don't know if you tried this, but turn the interior lights on with the dimmer switch, then back off. Then lock the car with the remote and hopefully when you unlock it the lights will start coming on.

Do the power door locks work when used with the switches located on the interior doors? If so, then it sounds to me like you got a problem with your key fob. Probably a dead battery in it.
