2012 V6 Frontier misfire cylinder 4, new fuel injector didn't fix the issue

Don't swap out parts based on guesses.

Take spark plug 4 and put it on cylinder 1, put 1 in 4. Does the misfire move to 1? You need a new plug.

Or an auto electrician can diagnose the misfire with a 5 grand scan tool computer in about 30 minutes.

ENGINE MISFIRE

There are few possibilities that can cause engine misfire issues. It can be issue with spark plugs or faulty spark plugs. Also get the compression test done for cylinders. If any of cylinder shows low compression then required, then that particular cylinder will cause misfire.

Also get obd codes scanned, the error code will let you know which cylinder is misfiring or all cylinders are misfiring.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. simply swap out one injector for another (I simply say if you there already just replace the injector...its a possibility that it is a bad or plugged up fuel injector. on number 4 cylinder. if spark and fuel are ok, its the injector doing this. good-day !

misfire can also be cause by stop up fuel filter or clogged fuel injectors or weak fuel pump pressure.
