After cleaning throttle body my car wont start

sounds like you an idle arecontrol valve to me, wich by the way is the only thing that really needs cleaned, make sure the air boot is not torn on the smaller part going to that vlv it tears at the bend you will need a mirror to see if in the car still, also check the plug on the same vlv make sure it is plugged in all the way, also also check the connector on the throttle itself the white arrows must be aligned and touching let me know what you find

No that is not a good idea, buy a rebuilt one from the dealer, it has all the latest updates.
Try cleaning or replacing air mass flow sensor... (or clean but a dirty one usually results in car running unsmooth. not, not starting.. hope this helps... Craig
