ABS and Brake warning lights intermittent may be caused by a failing wheel speed sensor(ABS Sensor) and /or its connector. You may have one on each wheel hub(4WD) or if 2WD, a sensor may be on the rear axle differential center.
Could this clicking sound be coming from the engine area? Hemi's are known for breaking exhaust manifold bolts and making a clicking sound which is a exhaust leak..
My 2004 Ram has the same issue. Check engine light and the truck sometimes will stall out when breaking. The EGR valve is about $60 at NAPA and its not hard to install, i think four bolts hold it in. Then undo your battery for about 10 minutes and the check engine light should reset.
