Thank you all for your help with my last issue.
I Removed the old blower motor Resistor from my 2004 GMC envoy, it looks bad with rust everywhere
I need to get a replacement but Local auto parts don't have it, I checked online and it does'nt look the same as the old one
I can't find a number that looks like
this here is the info (label) thats on the sticker on the back (old part)
carter group 5874
(1p)52495874
(12v)251946786
(s)00011108150310430391
the
old part also has to aluminum fins 1 larger than the other and the
new
one (online pictures) has what looks like a big glob of green stuff that sticks up with a
diode looking thing on the to.
Any help where! can i get it beside Dealer..
Thank you again..

I cannot locate the part that I have removed from my vehicle anywhere on the web. I only find that other part. I called the dealer with the info posted here. I gave them the last 8 of my vin# and he said they had the part AND the adapter for $110.84. I'm heading to the dealer to pick it up now.
Also, it may be noted that I have a 03' Tahoe with the same numbers as listed in the original post except obv the (s) serial number.
http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l292/l... This is my Old part. Her is my new.....http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l292/l... I had to take out the bare ended wires that are coming out of the new part and make the wires from the car (Red little purple and black) go into the now vacant spots. MATCH COLOR NOT LABEL ("a""b""c") They are not labeled correctly. The colors tho, dont lie. I did that and vwala! all fixed!
