SOURCE: 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Automatic door locks

I assume you mean that the central locking system will not lock the doors but you can do so manually.

Get inside the vehicle and close all doors.

On each rear door, lock and unlock the mechanism manually a couple of times. In other words do not use the key pad.

Then leave both rear doors in the locked position (manual locking) and operate the lock button on you key pad to operate the central locking system. Wait a few seconds then hit unlock on your key pad and a few seconds later hit lock on your key pad.

If the system fails to lock your rear doors you will need to get the vehicle to an auto electrician to check out the issue and rectify it for you. There are a number of possible causes which cannot be identified without physically checking the system. So you will need to have this rectified by a professional.

SOURCE: Left front wheel clicking. think wheel bearing.

Clicking, especially while turning usually more so points to a problem with the CV joint, or axel, the easiest way to test a wheel baring is to jack up that side of the truck until the tire is off the ground, leave the lug nuts on and try to wobble the tire in all directions, if everything seems solid it is not likely the bearing casuse the sound, another note when a bearing starts to go bad, it usually hums opposed to clicks. Im sorry i dont have a diagram, but this proceedure should get you on the right track in diagnosing the issure, good luck!!

How do i turn a two wheel drive into a four wheel drive? And is it expensive?

it would theoretically be possible, but here's what's involved. You would need to change the transmission, the entire front end, suspension, and computer. As for cost vs ease, it would be easier and cheaper to find an entire frame and running gear, and put your body and box on it.
