so what you mean is it wont turn over? do the lights dim in the start mode of ignition switch? sounds like a few hard taps on the starter and maybe it will turn over,, might be you have a bad starter.

It's the O2 sensor attached to your exhaust pipe behind the catalytic convertor that has detected your exhaust is too lean. It could mean any of a variety of issues from simply the sensor is faulty, to the sensor being loose fitting, to a leak in the exhaust before the sensor, to a bad fuel injector ---- essentially, anything that can reduce the amount of fuel emission that "should" be present.

The warning means the computer does not "see" the right signal from the key. Your key has a chip that prevents a thief from stealing the truck with an ordinary key or by bypassing the lock.
If you have another key try it, if not check with the dealer or a locksmith.
